Foundational skin care included a potent antioxidant, retinol and sunscreen.

Skinceuticals CE or Phloretin CF if you have more pigment. I recommend Skinceuticals Retinol 0.3 to start with and work your way up to the 0.5 and 1.0. Using retinol helps the skin to act younger. Don’t rush the process though.

Elta MD UV restore for a clan light sunscreen.

For moisture I love Augustus Bader its a clean formula with a focus on research in skin healing and tissue repair.

Good Vitamin C taken daily helps with collagen induction.
